Meet Rachel, our new Account Manager

We are delighted to welcome Rachel Oduro to our growing team. Rachel joins our Client Services team as Account Manager and has spent her first few weeks establishing account metrics, measurable targets, along with meeting and working with several of our local authority customers in the ongoing improvement of their platforms.

Rachel joins us with an abundance of experience in account management, working in the digital healthcare space working directly with customers to understand their goals and objections and ensuring they achieve success. With years of experience in client-facing roles across small, medium and large businesses.

Rachel enjoys building long term relationships and continuing to develop an understand of what success means to each client. We are very pleased that Rachel chose to join us and look forward to introducing her to our customers.
