Including new online systems for booking call-backs and training appointments.
focusgov have been commissioned to build a new website for the SENDIASS team at Waltham Forest. The website will help the team meet their duties around providing information and advice for parents and carers of children and young people with SEND as well as children and young people themselves.
The new website will be friendly, clear with fun, bright colours and a bold design. Accessibility will be core to the design and build of the site to ensure content is as accessible to as wide range of users as possible.
Alongside the site, focusgov are developing two bespoke systems. The first will allow visitors to the website to book a date and time for a call-back with the SENDIASS team. The second permits visitors to book themselves onto training sessions promoted on the site.
