How we create added value for our clients here!
At Focusgov we are committed to delivering added value for our clients – and if we can do that by helping the users of our digital solutions at the same time, all the better.
As part of this mission, this year our aim was to create meaningful partnerships with other organisations who are dedicated to helping the care experienced. With the ultimate goal of supporting our clients in their role as Corporate Parents and giving them meaningful tools and content which enriches the lives of care leavers.
So, in the first half of 2024, we partnered with The Mix, the leading digital charity for 16-25s in the UK, to bring a Mental Health Hub to our Care Leavers App. Meaning that care experienced young people using our apps could access mental health support, advice and guidance, 24/7, whenever they need it.
This summer we partnered with UCAS, NNECL, Become and the Student Loans Company to create new content around accessing Further and Higher Education. Quite simply, providing our users with all the information and signposting they need to consider college and university. And delivered free-of-charge to our existing clients.
Most recently, we have created a new Careers and Employment Opportunities’ section in collaboration with the Timpson Foundation and the John Lewis Partnership. This will be rolled out to our existing clients in the coming weeks and all free-of-charge.
All of this is one way in which Focusgov is giving our clients added value - and giving care experienced young people the knowledge, guidance and support they need to thrive.
